Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

Greeting cards: Due to the nature of paper goods, all cards are final sale once purchased. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.

Home and gift items: Unused, unwashed items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Please include the original packaging and receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
